隱私權政策
適用範圍
本政策適用於本協會內部使用的社群海巡工具「SAWH Social Listening」。此工具透過 Meta 官方的 Threads API 與 Instagram API 運作，僅供本協會社群管理人員使用。
我們收集的資料
- 在 Threads 或 Instagram 上公開發布、且提及或標記本協會官方帳號的貼文。
- 在 Threads 上公開發布、且符合我們關鍵字（例如協會名稱、新竹市收容所名稱、新竹收容所志工）的貼文。
- 每則貼文只取用：文字內容、貼文連結、發文者的公開帳號名稱、發布時間。
我們不收集私人帳號的內容、私訊、追蹤名單、聯絡資料或任何非公開資料。
使用方式
上述資料只用來產生一份每日內部報表，讓協會小編能及時回覆想當志工的民眾、感謝分享活動的朋友，以及回應各界意見。是否回覆、如何回覆，一律由小編本人以協會帳號手動處理，工具不會自動發文或留言。
我們不做的事
- 不出售、出租或交換任何資料。
- 不用於廣告投放或行銷名單。
- 不建立個人檔案，也不長期追蹤特定使用者。
資料處理者
報表由 Cloudflare 託管；報表內容的整理與摘要由 Anthropic 的 Claude 協助產生。兩者都只依本協會指示處理資料。
保存期限
報表與其中的貼文資料最多保存 30 天，期滿自動刪除。原作者刪除貼文後，下一次更新時也會一併移除。
Privacy Policy (English)
Scope. This policy covers "SAWH Social Listening", an internal tool used only by the social media staff of the Society for Animal Welfare of Hsinchu (SAWH). It works through Meta's official Threads API and Instagram API.
Data we collect. Public Threads or Instagram posts that mention or tag our official account, and public Threads posts that match our keywords (such as our name, the Hsinchu City animal shelter, or Hsinchu shelter volunteering). For each post we use only its text, permalink, the author's public username, and the time it was posted. We never collect private-account content, direct messages, follower lists, contact details, or other non-public data.
How we use it. Only to produce a private daily report, so our staff can reply to people asking about volunteering, thank people who share our events, and respond to feedback. Every reply is written and sent manually by a person from our official account. The tool never posts or comments automatically.
What we never do. We do not sell, rent, or trade data, use it for advertising, or build profiles of individual users.
Processors. Reports are hosted on Cloudflare. Anthropic's Claude helps summarize report content. Both process data only on our instructions.
Retention. Report data is kept for at most 30 days and then deleted automatically. If an author deletes a post, it is also removed at the next update.
資料刪除說明
如果你希望我們刪除報表中與你有關的資料，請寄信到 [email protected]，或私訊協會 Facebook 粉專，並附上你的帳號名稱或貼文連結。我們會在收到後 7 天內刪除，並回信確認。
你也可以直接刪除原貼文，下一次更新時，報表中的對應資料就會自動移除。
Data deletion (English)
To have data about you removed from our reports, email [email protected] or message our Facebook Page with your username or the post link. We will delete it within 7 days of receiving your request and confirm by reply.
You can also simply delete the original post; the matching data will be removed from our reports at the next update.
